I don't have a credit card so can I buy through my debit card (yes if I have cash in the account)? I am asking about all the buying stuff whether from India or from anywhere else in the world.

Hello,

On ebay you cannot buy with debit cards ( except citi bank debit card, I suppose )

You may buy through Credit Card or Online Bank Transfer. Both the Options is through PAISAPAY payment processor of ebay.

The best part is that for processing the payment the Buyers are not charged any fees.
