I would really appreciate some help with this matter. I bought the following item and paid via Paisapay on 2nd Jan, 2009.

Unfortunately, when i had bought this item, the seller had 100% positive but now that myself as well other buyers realized he's selling fake goods, his feedback has fallen down to 70%. The point being that he's a scammer peddling fake earphones on eBay.
Anyways, i confirmed receipt on receiving the item but when i realized that these are fakes, i send him a message asking for a refund. After having no reply for 48+ hours, i left a negative feedback and opened an "item not as described" dispute.
Now comes the strange part - today i checked in my security center and it shows "NO OPEN CASES" - i can't seem to open the dispute. I opened the dispute again - the process seems to go on smoothly and i get a message saying that ebay will contact the seller who has 10 days to respond, else i can escalate this to a claim. But when i go to my security center - it again shows "NO OPEN CASES". What do i do now??
Tried requesting the seller's contact information via "Advanced Search" but get an error message there.
eBay phone support is useless - endless waiting.
Seller still has not responded.
I'm afraid i've lost my money - HELP!
