Need Help About USD Currenncy to Indian Rupees

Hi, I bought a couple of items from indiantrends store and it said the location was India, United States.
The items cost $20.99 USD including shipping and handling. Now I'm concerened about the currency conversion. I have'nt ever bought anything at ebay from anyone outside the United States and am wondering how much it will actually cost after the currency conversion. I thought I would only be paying $20.99 USD
I can't afford to pay anymore than that. So now what happens?

you might have to pay marginally extra !! Incase you are using Paypal you wont pay extra. Incase of Paisa Pay you need to ask your bank about any charges applicable !! Superstores_Tech

If you are in USA you are paying $20.99. the exchange rate is effecting the cash the seller receives when he converts your payment. Does not effect the buyer, if you are paying in your currency.

i m usin a credit card from india. And i used paypal while makin the payment. Will any exchange rate be applicable, I m doin this transaction 4 the first time and cannort afford extra charges 4 the product, neither was i notified abt it.
