I have a 3 month old Sennheiser headset newly purchased from ebay and confirmed by seller that it is covered under 2 yr warranty. I have a technical problem with headset, Sennheiser declines any warranty on following grounds:
Normally Sennheiser will not provide warranty for online products because of few reasons which mentioned below...
1) Anybody can sell his product (new/ old) online through eBay.
2) This is really very critical issue to know whether the product sold is a genuine of a fake one.
3) Genuineness of such product bought online is always in question
4) eBay is not our authorized channel partner.
5) Last but not least, the product sold online maybe from grey market as well.
Our international warranty applies to only genuine Sennheiser product bought from an authorized dealer.
- WHO WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT/REPLACEMENT?
