In reply to my claim your claim adjuster agreed to replace the hard cover Rs2490/and infortmed it was due to the mistake of the supplier in USA.-. Now ebay India rejected the claim and to hide their mistake you have with drawn the item from your site altogether as the description given was wrong. FYI I bought this Mac Air while in Australia last month thru ebay only. See the difference in the quality of service. Thank God I did not order any costly item like what we do with other on line service companies. I wonder when EBAY India will give proper service to the customer. Of course I will submit my claim to the proper authorities.
