I had purchased a product i.e. Nexus 4 Black 16 GB from ebay on 10th of June 2014. On 2nd March 2015 i was upgrading my android due to the OTA received on my phone. But while Installing the OS there was some error shown and the phone never started since then. Kindly help me with this problem. i'm without phone after that and all my work is getting messed up. Please Reply and help me get out of this problem.
