Money debited from Bank a/c but ebay shows unsuccesful transacton.

Today (30.06.11 around 9:45 pm) when I was trying to buy a product using AXIS Bank Netbanking facility, money got debited from my AXIS Bank account,but the transaction was not successful,It is not listed in Bought area, So I don't even have a Paisapay Transaction ID, My Bank's Transaction Reference No is-UBP/XFER/20110630214600,So please help me out here. What should I do now ??? How much days will it take to refund it back to my bank a/c

I also faced the same problem. Yesterday around 9-10 p.m my money got debited from my account from my SBI net banking. There is a transaction failure & transaction is not listed in Bought area, So I don't even have a Paisapay Transaction ID.

Please suggest what can be done?

as for as my know., and i have checked the ebay forum the money will be refunded in a week..but i suggest u call the customer care number today itself and tell dem your transaction id as you have it.. they will definitely solve your issue..

I am facing the same problem. Amount got debited from IDBI bank but got unsuccessful paisapay transaction message. How to resolve this? Anybody resolved the problem?

I have faced same kind of problem two days ago.

I want to know after how many days did anyone of you get the refund from ebay? Or did you even get the refund?

I am asking because I have purchased an item worth around 19k and its a big amount for me. So just want to know how these people are handling such issues.

eBay needs some time in order to verify everything from both sides before they give you your refund.

That's what i wanted to know how much time do they take to give the refund? I wanted to purchase something urgently that's why I've chosen ebay. Now my money is stuck here and due to this I am not able to buy my stuff from elsewhere. That is really frustrating. My bank had already given me answer within no time and this people are taking days and days. This is truly annoying.
