I have purchased an LED bulb on 04/11/2013 and it was supposed to be delivered before 15/11/2013. But when I did not receive the item and it become untraceable I, on 18th Nov 2013 claimed the refund under ebay guarantee. Claim ID *** . But unfortunately my claim has been closed on 16/12/2013 without contacting me for a single time. I have been intimated that the item has been delivered. But till now the tracking id *** (Dotzot logistic support)provided by the seller shows that the consignment was held up in Kolkata. I have called the ebay customer care, the call reference is *** dated 16/12/2013 but they also unable to provide any information regarding this. I have mailed the details to ebay customer support 2 times but I have not receive any reply. Now I want to know that what will be the fait of my money paid to paisa pay with a good faith that they will look after it? Whether it is normal for ebay to provide this type of misleading information to its customer? Kindly help me. what should I do to get my money back. What is the details procedure? How to proceed? etc etc
