I had purchased

On 24/05/2010, I receive a mail that - The seller is unable to ship eBay Item within the stipulated time and
cancels the deal. I am offered a refund.
BUT on checking GEB, I find the same item on sale again (listed) on 24/05/2010 as
ITEM No: 310219332344. SAME SELLER, SAME MODEL & SAME PRICE.

If the SELLER is not able to supply the item, then why cheat Buyers by false listings.
