Mr ambreesh I would like to tell you that eBay has the worst customer service in India they don't give a damn about the customers and only care about the sellers whenever u call eBay all you get is a runaround between eBay and the seller I bought a phone in the 27 jan and raised a claim on the 03 feb however I have not got even a single reply from the claim team and whenever I call customer service they refuse to help I don't know weather u ever gonna read this or not but if u do please note that how Ur customers are treated by Ur service personall and this continues you and if this continues u won't have any customers at all
