Lg g4 H811 bootloop issue after one month

I have purchased New Lg g4 H811 from ebay.in on July 14,2016.

After 40 days of working, Bootloop issue was arised.

I have read many articles on google. It says It is a hardware manufacturer defect. Phones made before october 2015 has this known issue. Lg has also admitted this problem.

I have contacted seller about the issue. He said that  he will repair the phone if it has a software issue. But not cover hardware under warrenty.

I request ebay to please look into it. I have invested 17k in this phone. I want replacement or refund in this case. Your support is highly needed.
