Hello All,
I've purchased 512mb USB MP3 PLAYER @ the price of 256mb
(Item# 5786960459)on July 06, 2005. I got the
item on July 08, 2005. It worked couple of times.
After 4 or 5 uses, when I started, there are no
Icons on display. After some more switch on / off,
all junk characters started appearing.
I contacted the seller a2zconsultants in this
regard, they said that they tested this item before
sending. They asked me to use the supplied CD for
updates etc. That didn't worked. They said that my PC has virus and it affected. But I'm using latest
version of AntiVirus, and for sure that it was not the problem.
After four to five messages to seller, one more tip they
gave to install other software on the CD and try
Update / Disk tools etc. Once I used disk tool, the
device has stopped completely. Now I've sent 2-3
messaged through Ebay's messages, there is no reply
from the a2zconsultants side.
I don't know what to do. Is this how things work on
eBay? Buy something and just forget your money? I
normally don't shop on eBay. And this is a very bad
experience for me. I atleast need some info on how
to get this device right from any of you. Any help
is most welcome.
For sure I'll not shop on eBay again. It's better to buy
on other sites and get guaranteed things than just
pouring money into eBay's seller's pockets.
Please help me.
