I have ordered one product with Item ID ***.....seller is saying that he is ready for the shipment but as it is ebay powership product so they are waiting for ebay courier to collect it from them...I have called you guys 2-3 times and you are saying we have escalated the case...but still I have not received any response and after 5 days there is no shipment done ....really very disappointing that ebay service is so poor....will make sure that in future never buy anything from ebay india.....
Please provide me some escalation point or mail ID...where i can show my disaapointment and ask them for early resolution.
