Is bay cheating on seller rating ? I don't see my neutral feedback i left for my seller.

Is ebay caring more about sellers than buyers? all my previous encounters point to the same.

I didnt get response to mails sent to ebay india about a month ago.

My seller , sold a non compatible charger with my mobile and seller went hostile and didnt get back to me. ebay arranged a settlement with 200 rs coupon for the issue. But they never gave me the coupon, nor they replied my mail so far (sent this mail only yesterday)

Is paisepay and ebay gaurentee a joke?

I don't think that ebay is cheating buyers in order to help buyers.

Last month i had placed order for decorative light from ebay but unfortunately when i recceived it it not at all matching with the description. I had oredred for 50 ft LED decorative light and when i receive it was two separate piece of led light and not exactly 50 ft. i complained for the same and next day i got a call from ebay and after listening my story they refunded the money. After this i also got a sorry call from the seller.

This event built a trust for ebay.

I am sorry for you, i would suggest to reach out to ebay customer care.

Thanks for taking time and replying. I did get the coupon. But they didn't respond my mails. Ebay policies may be good. But their customer care employees s******
