I have contacted seller more than 20times customer care , eBay guarntee, paisa pay and more than 10 times to seller but Item still not delivered
First of all cutomer service value is very poor and suspicious! There no sure that product will recieve or not if we paid money!!!!
Are they are kidding with customer????
or eBay does not care small purchage????
If I contacted to customer care they suggested call to seller. what is this?
It means eBay only take money but not responsible for delivery the item ..and firstly customer pay money to eBay after that look for product where it is !! Chase the seller and contact 100 times you and seller !!
How shameful and worst working process it is !!
And why you have not refund my money to me ??
And which types of languages you guys understand??
Clear me how my money you have stolen ??
If I have paid it on 1st of November 2015
And I have informed in November to you but why you closed case without informed me or any feedback
Which type of guarantee it is ?
Certainly confirming the customer that money can take eBay but no guarantee of delivery the product ---
Stop stealing and clear why eBay not responsible for it ??

Yes, It doesn't care customers. The same this is happened in my case also

They dont care the customers, and the worst customer support, this would be the last order from Ebay. shame full
