I purchased iphone 6s on 26th nov, seller entered shipping on 27th
till 31st courier is not moved from seller location
I called courier service guy and aksed about shipping.
He said, they didn't received the item, seller booked but didn't provided the item.
And he said when they receive they will update.
31st is the last date to ship.
But he entered fake shipping.
I try to open item not received case but it is not allowing, so i opend item not as described.
Before this i called customer care 2 times in 2 days, they have problem in system and said can't help right now.
Today i received call from coustomer care and saying that " it is wrong listing and we are closing case"
I searched in online that only one case is opned per item.
Is this true???
What if seller didn't ship the item??
one case is closed, so allow me to open "item not recceived case"??
what if seller ships fake product ??
can i open another case???
If i can't open the case. how can i get my money. That 70k is huge for me.
Can i go to consumer court??
