What if I want to purchase some cunsumer electronic item an eBay USA. Do I have to pay custom duty...if "yes" then how do I pay the duty?

Hi..i have ordered beads (Not valued more than $15),will there be customs duty on it. I have ordered form Ebay for the first time,(the seller is from Hongkong i have made payments through Pay Pal,am just a bit worried.Can anyone clear me with some info..

Hi ,
A seller shipped an item on 8th August by USPS first class Priority. It was not scanned ever in US and its showing electronic information received on 7th Aug. I have not got the parcel till date, though I have registered a complaint with Directorate of Post and they have forwarded it to Sr. Superintendent of Post, Bangalore.
What can I do further to track this parcel?

Also want to know how long the surface mail from UK takes to reach India?

I want to buy an item cost of 499$ and shipping cost of 125$ which it seen a big amount converting to indian currency .. What i really bother is abt custom Tax .. if there is anybody who can help me out this problem it would be grateful .. I don't hav any idea how the custom duties canculate when it reach to india .. Anybody hav the link that would be more grateful...
