Hi team, recently I have opted for cash in delivery on ebay.in for selling my products. I am getting many of the couriers back claiming that buyer didn't pay for the item or buyer is not available at the premises. Under such a condition, what about the ebay selling fee. Will it be automatically refunded back to me or do I have to take any action?
