I purchased an item on 7th sep 13, **bleep** i didnt get the product and so i raised a claim. My claim is not yet approved and the claim was raised on 17th sep 13. Customer support is of no use they are extending by 2 days everytime i call them. What they say is wait for another 2 days and you will surely get a call and i havent got any call as of now. is ebay guarantee is trustworthy?
