I ordered item (GENUINE NOKIA N8 N8-00 TOP CAP COVER) from a seller on ebay.co.uk.
The amount was paid thru credit card.
The item actually received was a BOTTOM CAP COVER.
I have registered this complaint, with photos, but I have not receive any response.
eBay eGuarantee requires me to register a complaint on ebay.co.uk, for which I do not have an account.
I am not sure how I can get any response: I do not wish to register a negative feedback unnecessarily.
I attach a photo of the item I received.
Any advice will be appreciated.
