I file dispute console then ebay buyer protection they give me step by step gaidence i follow the messages and produce what evidence and authentication certificate ,finaly the mobile is estimate its worth is Rs.400.00 by
the mobile shopper in my city and
they detected the Rs.400.00 and charge Rs.50 balance amount sended me by demond pay draft
