I bought ten windows 10 retail Licenses and 5 microsoft office licenses more than 90 days back, covered under ebay guarantee. They just sent 10 keys only without any invoice or with out my company's name . installed it and generated product keys and contacted microsoft to find whether those are genuine keys or not. they said those are genuine MSDN keys and we can use commercially without any problem. Now microsoft says that if it is on our companys name then only it is legal or genuine. So we have to buy them again. so i want to claim a refund of my money. how to do that?
