I want to find the list of eBay shops name that are from Chennai to get free shipping. Mostly products related PC,laptop etc.

Its not really necessary that sellers form Chennai will give your free shipping. But still you can click on the distance tab in the left bottom column of search result their you can specify distance from a popular city in your case chennai.

eg- Below I have searched for computer for 10 Kms around Chennai.
