Thanks a lot for your guidance, Amitava. I went to the Dispute console and fed in the item number it says "Not enough time has passed". How much time is supposed to pass before an item arrives from Mumbai to Delhi? It could have come twice by now since four full days have passed.
The seller has given this message "DEAR SIR, I HAVE ALREADY SENT COURIER TO YOUR ADDRESS.". To the best of my knowledge, professionalism is associated with throughness. He has not given any delivery particulars- courier name, receipt number etc. How does one do any follow up? I am not worried about the protection part. I need the item fast becasue time is running out.
I strongly feel that they should inform the customer about the likely delivery as soon as the order is placed.
Some another email has come which says that my problem is not listed in the feedback. What kind of nonsensical reply is this?
