How can I cancel a transaction if the product is not yet shipped?

Hello,

I have made an ebay purchase for a mobile phone. The payment has already been made to the seller via a debit card transaction. Later on I found out that the product has a seller warranty and not a manufacturers warranty.

Now I want to cancel that transaction and get my money refunded. The product has also not been shipped as yet. Kindly help out and guide through a cancellation process if there is any.

You cannot cancel the transaction. However the seller can. Talk to the seller and tell him that you do not want the product. He would cancel the transaction.
