HDFC Netbanking payment not confirmed

I had made a payment through HDFC Netbanking for a purchase on eBay on 4th July 2011 but even after more than 24 hours my payment status is being shown as Pending/payment in process. However the payment amount was instantaneously debited from my bank account.

One of my friends also used HDFC netbanking the next day and his payment is also stuck for more than 24 hours.

Is there any ongoing issue with paisapay payments/ HDFC Netbanking online bank transfer or there is any other reason for this issue?

I have been using eBay for a long time and never have faced any such issue until now. I have cancelled my further transactions on ebay and have notified my friends also about it. I will have to think twice now before using eBay.

Kindly let me know why this is happening and when it will be resolved?

I also made a payment on 4th July using HDFC Netbanking and it is still not confirmed. I have been calling the customer service everyday from 5th onwards, and every time they say that it will be confirmed by the end of the day. It has been four (4) days and the status still shows as "Payment in process".

Kindly look into this issue and resolve it asap.

Finally, after calling the customer care every day to follow-up, got the payment approved today - after 5 days.

Hope this sort thing doesn't happen again.

I made payment on 14th Aug 2011 for 3D glasses through paisapay via HDFC bank.

Since monday, I have been trying to contact your support staff regarding order status "Payment in process"

I am hearing the same words from ebay support staff each and every day...

First time they told "wait for 24-48 hours" already passed on third time they repeated!!!

yuck... Can't believe ebay has these much technical issues that they can't process the payments even after 5 days.

i tried today to buy items and when i go to net banking through hdfc but what i found is hdfc bank wants third party registration and in that documents of the transferee should be submitted but how can we do that?
pls any body know the solution about this problem
i want to pay only through hdfc net banking .
