i ordered htc 8x cell phone on 31.12.2014. after 3 days seller ask me for more time to shipped product.after some days seller shipped item .the item box is dameged badly so i did not accept the parcel. after that i talked to ebay agent they told me to raise a claim and i claimed for refund.5-6days passed they not responded yet.i paid money through debit card via paisa pay. please suggest me. what to do further.
filing FIR against ebay is apropriate???
