Hi.
I have purchased three items from two different sellers over last week. its been over 3 and 6 days respectively but yet the items are to be shipped or so i think. Sensing trouble I contacted one of the sellers and he responded that the items have been shipped and yet the Summary page doesn't show and update on shipping details, Nor have I received and confirmation SMS or email.
After reading the Ebay knowledge base I found that the Sellers get 5 Days to update said information so I gues the seller is just lazy or so I thought again.
Now when I click Customer Support > Ebay Guarantee* I can see all of the recently bought items on the Raise a Claim page.
Now here's the kicker, when I click on "See Details" for each of the item, the Step 2 page opens and shows me Order Details and the Delivery Status as "Shipped" with complete Shipment date, Courier name and tracking no. Now what the hell is this?
Now I used the Tracking nos displayed here to track the shipments on the respective courier websites but they show no information is available regarding the said shipments. **bleep**?
Now I have contacted the same seller mention above if he has really sent me the items, he hasn't replied yet.
