Hello,
I bought an item using paisapay. The seller on the next day informed me that he dont have the stock and removed the item from the listing.
I got the mail informing that my refund has been initiated on March 25th. Since I did not see a refund after 4 days I contacted the customer support.
Now comes the interesting part.
Reply
Since the amount is not reflecting into your account I request you to
kindly contact your bank and provide them the above mentioned details,
so that they can trace your amount.
This is disturbing since its a credit to HDFC Bank and I dont understand how bank can misplace the fund.
Any one faced similar issues?

Hi. I am a Seller. One of my Buyer bought a T-Shirt from me and paid to eBay the full amount. But for some other reason he called me later on my mobile and requested me not to ship the item and refund him the money. I immediately contacted eBay and they said that they cannot refund the amount immediately. It will take time as it goes under a process. It took more than 7 days to give the buyer his refund.
