Hi All !
I purchased a blackberry phone in November through paisa pay, but was dissatisfied with the actual quality of the phone. I contacted the seller who agreed to refund it. I returned the phone, which was received back by seller.
Upon asking for a refund, the seller replied that the amount would be refunded to me by ebay as they have already refunded the item. Two weeks have passed since then, but no notification has reached me. I have mailed(sent as a ebay message) as well have tried to call customer care, but was not responded.
Please advice me what to do now to reach ebay customer case and resolve my issue.
