Hey Ebay,
I went to sony service center and they declined to give DOA (dead on arrival) letter after inspection. They tried to do software flush but phone couldn't repair.
Reason: Bill date from seller was 24th Oct 2013.
But phone i received was on 29th Oct 2013 after which on very same day i raised a claim. Which took 7 days from you guys to contact me. Now, Service center says DOA is not possible since their policy is for 7 days.
This is really not acceptable from you.
You didn't give me option for refund or replacement and i bet you mustn't contacted to seller nor seller respond to me.
Now, I am stuck with this **bleep** phone which i bought.
I will raise this matter to further on your escalation point or Country head of eBay.in.
Also, i will reach to consumer court for further action.
I need refund of my money. And removal of that seller from your site since, he is not bothered to reply customer queries.
