Ebay fooling with flashing coupons?

Hi,

I am using these flashing coupons of 100, 80 and 40 % ,which are displayed from 1 to 15 october at 11:00 to 11:15 AM and 5:00 to 5:15 PM.But there is some technical problem message displayed while I try pay the discounted amount after the coupon is successfully. And  most of the times the coupon is not successfull and  "This eBay coupon has reached the maximum eligible redemptions. Please use a different coupon or proceed to payment."

I believe that ebay dont want us to buy at discounted price so it is creating these tecnical hurdles intentionally so that one cannot have these heavy discounts of 100, 80 and 40 %

I have same experience for 100%, 80% 40% either it says this coupon have reached maximum redemptions when I click on apply coupon, if luckily it gets applied and the pay button appeared after clicking the pay button same error appears and again luckily this error not came then WE ARE FACING SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE error is always there, its all gimmicks to attract customers, I dont understand one tinng, once I appiied the coupon, that slot should be reserved for me, how can after clicking on proceed to pay button it says this coupon have reached maximum redemptions since I have already applied the coupon? this clearly shows that these coupons wont work ever, just wasting of time nothuing else........... ....

How we can take action against this?This so mean that an MNC like ebay is doing such mean things to attract customers.

Or there employess internally doing this forgery of which ebay might be unaware off.

But definately there should be some action taken against this,might ebay's higher officials should take the charge and try that this should not haappen in future.

Also once the coupon is applied it does not get reserved and other people can also try it. It is finally awarded to the person who completes the whole transaction cycle first, as told by ebay customer care. But in my opinion it should get reserved once applied till the payment is successfully completed. And if somebody thinks, that by this some coupons would be wasted, these would not,because the coupons are getting finished in 30 secs as told by ebay customer care and this time is much less than 15 minutes (The time till the coupons are displayed)
