Is it the new ebay india system to initiate new buyers? On the other hand people are stopping listing here because of UPI and FB related issues.
Other ebay sites are much better.

you are wrong in this matter. You should have to call or write them letter directly for stating that you have not received the cell phone.

what mode of payment you have done ? may i ask ?

you are right.don't buy anything from ebay.after getting payment ebay do not take any responsibility.as a buyer should we contact seller? why?ebay should take all the action.ebay never in favour of customer,they protect only seller.customer never gives negative feed back if they get the right item.customer have the right to give negative feedback if they get pro,duplicate item.and should get refund next day but ebay playing nice game in the name of comounity court.this court is nothing but a collective of some seller.there job is to protect seller by any way.
