I purchased a watch in oct 2013 from a seller with seller warranty. After few uses problems occurs so i sent it back to seller. Now it's been almost 60 days i haven't received my watch. After contacting eaby they said as case is 45 days old we can't help. the seller is not responding. what the should i do. Do ebay customer support doesn't have a sense that even thier policy is of 45 days, still they can contact seller and force him to rectify his mistake. The most pathetic online seller is ebay.
