EBay India and PaisaPay is not refunded my money

Hi,

I have booked New Nikon DSLR Camera D5100 Black + 18-55mm VR Kit Lens+4GB+Carry Case from EBAY using PaisaPay from dealzown on 07/05/13.
I have paid 27900 through my HDFC credit card and 1500 using EBAY coupon.
As the seller has not shipped the item by the shipping deadline of 12-May-13 Paisapay should give me the refund by 19-May-13.
On 19th May EBay customer care told me they have refunded my amount and it will take 3 working days as my account is in a private bank.
Till today I havent received any refund from EBay to my account,
Could anybody help me to get me the amount back

sometimes it takes time
upto 15 days for the refund to get reflected in your account

it will take some time. ebay is all automated incase of non shipping with in time lines.
You should get it soon.
