EBAY IS REAL CHEATERS AND I THINK THIS EBAY ITSELF SWINDLING MONEY

I CANT BELIVE THAT NOW A DAYS FRAUDS ARE SO OPENLY CHEATING PUBLIC NAMING EBAY,ARE THESE PEOPLE KNOWING HOW HARD EARNED MONEY, AND PEOPLE LEND FROM FINANCE AND PAY INTREST IN CREDITCARDS WITH SO MANY DREAMS WAIT FOR THERE DREAM PRODUCTS.
I WAS CHEATED FOR 12799 RUPPEES A BIG AMOUNT AND NIGHTS ARE BECOMING SLEEPLESS FOR TRUSTING EBAY, THESE PEOLPLE CAN GO FOR BEGGING.ROB,OR DO CHEAP THING FOR EARNING MONEY WHY THESE KIND OF CHEATING AND THIS EBAY IS ALWAYS WITH THEM ENCROUGING TO EARN THEIR MONEY VERY CHEAP ,THEY ARE NOT KNOWING HOW IN OTHER WAYS THEY WILL LOSE THIS CHEATING MONEY AS THERE HOSPITAL EXPENCE FOR THEIR FAMILY AND STILL MORE CHEAP THINGS VERY HURT I SAY THESE EBAY SHOULD BE BANNED I WILL GO TO ANYCORNER IF I DONT GET THE MONEY BACK LETS UNITE TOGETHER ANYONE SHOULD TIE THE BELL FOR THE CAT PLEASE UNITE AND NEVER TRUST EBAY EBAY IS A - - --- - - - - --

I think you are right. i payed Rs. 1300/- for an item by PaisaPay online account transfeer. And the very next day I see that the seller is not registeered with Ebay any more. I think my hard earned 13oo bucks are gone. Lets see what can be done.

please do not blame ebay for any fraud , the fraud is part of useless sellers.

u cant blame all sellers on ebay , as ebay is very safe trading paltform in ecommerce.

if u are cheated by any seller go for buyer protection claim ( up to 50000)

u will surly recived the positive reply from ebay.

for all new buyer please go with the sellers ratings & feedbacks ,dont go with cheap prices.

ask for tax invoice , clarify your all doughts before buy , ask for shipping insurance , check feedbacks of seller.

We buyers should understand that fraud is also a part of online shopping.
We get many items at a very low price. Last month I had purchased a china made Ipod, and made the payment through paisapay, As I did not receive the item I opened a dispute, within few days I received a mail asking me to fax the proof of payment. Before I fax the proof I came to know that full amount (including the shipping charges) has been credited to my account. This is the third time I am getting my money back and this money back assurance encourage me buy on eBay. I have only one problem, ebay customer care takes a long time to reply (4 to 6 days) to reply to any quarry or complaint---

You cannot blaim every one for a theif in the town. Please follow safe tips about buying on ebay. Please see the feedback and repo of the seller. Do not buy anything which you find is very cheap as compared to the market rates.

Still there are good and bad people. Please take up the matter with ebay and take benefit of buyer protection policy.

Before you purchase the expensive item, check the seller's feedback score and decide ?. Dont blame eBay and sellers who are honest. Open an Item not recieved dispute and follow-up with eBay customer care, you have 100% safety in eBay.

I am totally disagree with you . I had filed an item not found as it is ;and I have got my money back . I also purchased two items of rupees 51,350/- with in 20 days only on the belief on eBay . You also will definitely get your money back.
