We bought 12 Micromax Funbook P280 tablets through you. The tablets belong to old model - model pertaining to January 2014 as opposed to one relating to June 2014, which is much better. The old model had lso many issues reported by users that Micromax had to take them off from market and replace with a better one in June with a caveat of a neat jacket and a keyboard.
so these 12 tabs sold to us do not meet our expectation. We are an educational institute and we buy several Funbook P280 tabs from online sellers. Never ever we were given an old model of a product. We want the tabs with new model (June 2014) to replace the tabs of old model that you have supplied.
WHEN A BUYER BUYS A NEW PRODUCT, HE/SHE NATURALLY EXPECTS THE LATEST MODEL, AND THAT'S CONVENTION TOO. SO WHY SHOULD I BE SATISFIED WITH OLD MODELS ?
