I had bought a laptop on 16-01-2014 and at that time the expected delivery time was shown as 18-01-2014 (I have screen shot as proof) but it is not dispatched to me even after 8 days. I had contacted the seller on phone on 18-01-2014 and he had assured me to dispatch the same on the same day. Seller is now neither taking up my calls nor answering to my e-mails. E-bay customer care is also not helpful and giving me fake delivery dates. This seller had many negative feedback but I am surprised that all those negative feedback were removed/fixed by e-bay and his feedback is showing as 100% positive feedback. Who will trust e-bay like that??? Do not buy expensive items from e-bay.
