I had posted this in reply to a similar post here, but I can't find it now. Whenever I try to chat with the ebay help, I always get the message 'No Agents are Currently Available, Please Try Again Later. (5008)'. I have even sent a mail to customer care on 02-Dec-2011 15:40, still no reply. Hope to get the reply here on board.
