Hi,
I bid on mobile phone on eBay (Item number: 170239285242) and won it yesterday.
When bidding, I read the item description (in Item Specifics - Mobile Phones) and it was mentioned that the mobile phone has camera in range 1 - 1.9 Megapixels.
But now when I see specifications of this mobile on other sites, I found that there is no camera in this mobile phone.
Also it is mentioned in full description of item which now I see, but when bidding I refered to Item Specifics section.
I havenโt paid for this phone yet, sent a message to the seller using ebay but did not get response yet.
What can be done now in this case?
Any helpful information is appreciated.
Regards,
Mohammed

Hi,
If you have won the bid, then request a seller to send a mutual agreement to cancel the transaction.
It may be a unintentional mistake from the seller's side as he has mentioned as "Camera : No" in the product detailed specifications.
These issues should be resolved smoothly. ---------------
