Deserving negative feedback vs re-vengeful neg. feedback

I had a very bad experience with seller named 33lifestyle. I ordered an item on 9 th Jan and paid for an item immediately through paisapay , waited patiently. for 31 days . I contacted her several times through email but no repies. I filed a dispute against her as "item not recieved" . Was told item will be shipped in few days. But i didnt recieve item after 31 days. Finally i got tired and left a negative feedback.So in return she leaves me a un-deserving negative. Plus she gave me six to seven calls on my mobile for the whole day and abused me .With no way to correct a neg. feedback that is deserving vs a neg. feedback out of revenge/anger, I simply wont leave feedback until feedback is left for me.



Besides, I personally think a month is to long to wait for shipping. Also as i buyer i have the duty to make timely payments which in my case i did. I mean are the sellers providing services to the buyer or do buyers have to beg at the feet of sellers to please send me my item since u r sitting on my hard earned money. I think that ebays feedback policy is faulty and should be revised at the earliest.

Also how can i protect my personal information like mobile number so that such harassing sellers dont contact me?
