Delivery Delay

Hello. I have bought a cd from seller kumar.m (Who has a 100% positive feedback) on 28/11/06, tuesday. I paid the item through online banking by Paisapay immediatly. I have also recieved the recipt of complete transaction to ebay by paisapay. The seller told me that after complete payment he would send me the shipping consingment information in 24hrs. But after not getting any mail from him after a day I asked him and he told me that after ebay sends him the confirmation mail, then only he could send the item and shipping information. But it's now 3 days but I have not recieved any shipping consignment information till now.

My question is that how long it should take before the seller recives the confirmation mail from ebay and send the item to me ? Or is it that he has already sent me the item as soon as I bought it and made payment for it ?

Hi,

Sometimes it takes bit long for eBay to process and confirm PaisaPay payment. But you need not to worry. Keep in touch with the seller and if you do not receive it within a week or two then you may open an Item Not Received Dispute. You shall get back your full payment (less Rs.50) as you have paid thru PaisaPay.

First ensure that you have got the message from PaisaPay which confirms that your payment has been received. .
