I totally disagree with you. you have a bad experienced with a seller and you blame it on ebay. I am sure the customer care is trying thier best to help you out. eBay is a reputed international company. I am sure they will refund your money back. Please not all sellers are frauds. Some are really frauds and those are the ones who are not true businessmen. A real businessman would give his best service and best product. a fake one will not last long on eBay or in life.

i also had a customer buying my product from kalanad kerela. he paid throught paisapay and item was despatched to him the very next day. then i had another customer who buys the product and does not reply to my mails. when i called her up she says she's busy and cannot talk now. i'll give her three more days and then report her to ebay.
