i intend to buy a nikon d300 or nikon d200 from ebay.com
the camera i intent to buy will be between 200-300 dollars.
i am new to this.
would like to know---
1.how do i pay dollars in INR.will it be deducted accordingly from my card if i have a paypal account and a card linked to it.
2.how do i know the customs and duty fees.
3.how do i know the item has reached mumbai.
3.how do i get it out of customs once it arrives in mumbai.
4.should i go to the customs office prior to purchase and ask them the formalities to get it ou.
5.will the item be locked at customs for the payment and how do i know tht it has arrived.
and finally please help me with any other information if there is .....like if i should request something to the seller before shipping.
