Custom duty on Earphone!!! PLS HELP

I have seen some great Earphones on USA ebay site and wanted to know if i could import it to India without getting any custom duty put on them on top as they will be for personal use and only one in number???:-D Anyone ???

If they are not too expensive you can get them without paying any duty. I too bought a fantastic pair from US and didn't have to pay any duty on them. It cost me about Rs 1500.

what is the limit till one is exempt of customs?
i also am about to get a guitar part very small btw value of around 150$!
