Coupon code not working

Sir,
I received an email that said that I can avail 200rs discount by using SNAPEBAY28. I did apply the coupon and it was successfully applied but as soon as I clicked on proceed to payment the coupon was removed and it said that try it after 60 min as it is currently being used. But after 60 min it didn't apply and said that the it has reached maximum number of redemption of this coupon please use other coupon. But in email it was written that the coupon was valid till 14th July. Please sir kindly look into this matter.

I had a valid coupon code (EBAYFESTI2) for Standard Chartered Credit Code. But when I entered the coupon code and click on "Apply" button nothing is heppend. Page is not showing any discount message or error message. I tried to fixed this issue to chat with Ebay executive. But they had no idea. Any one can help me to fix this problem.
