I had ordered a mop and received a defective piece. Initiated the process of refund through ebay and couriered the product back to the seller around 18th December'14. Since the, I am waiting for my refund amount to be credited back to my a/c. I tried contacting ebay customer care and have called them atleast 10 times and every time with the same reply that I will receive a call back within 48 hours. I have not received either any call or money back.
Also, the contact no of seller is coming as swtiched off for the past 1 month. What kind of due diligence was done by ebay (if at all).
Buying this particular product has been such a pathetic experience that I dont feel like buying from ebay anymore.

I have called 8-10 times same answer from them.
Really worst service from customer case.
