The item was ordered on 23rd Sept. I waited for 10 days and at last I bought the item from the market. Then it had no use for me. So I decided to cancel the order and raised a claim on 04th October. It was in process but suddenly on 08th October a delivery boy delivered the item to my home. My family members were not aware of it. So they received it. Then ebay team close claim without consulting with me. I contacted them but they refused to help. Then I contacted the seller. I told all these in detail. He is ready to receive the item back. So I returned the item with proper packing and using expanses from my pocket. The seller received the item on 14th October. But then he was hesitating to refund. Whenever I call him he said that he is out of station. Slowly I can understand that I was dealing with a cheater. His name is Majeeda Ansari. But still I poke him regularly. On 24th October the seller is saying that the item is broken. Please beware of Ebay and specially its fraud sellers.
