Hello,
My claim 490764, still not resolved.
I file the claim on 3rd MAY 2014, for item not as expected. and return the shipment on the same day and received by the seller on 12th may. with in the paisa pay time line i have not received the item, I raised the claim for item not recieved as my paisa pay time line was reaching the end, by responding paisa pay mail.
The claim has been altered by the claim department in favour of seller and closed by claim department saying item is delivered to me. The Courier details clearly showing the item has been received by the seller on 12th May 2014.
The case again reopen offline, on 24 th May 2014 and still not cleared when seller will dispatch the right product.
Received the mail from ebay saying Buyer to provide Proof of Payment eventhough i have already paid by paisa pay.
This is really rediculous, the claim department keep altering the whole case not read carefullly Ebay Gaurantee Program, claim department should read all rules before taking any action, and should not Alter the case, misguiding the buyer.
I lost the hope, no more trust on claim department, they can alter the case anytime saying verbally different to buyer and not co-operate with the buyer, in hurry to close the call else answered with "you will be get update next 48 hours", and You will never get call, untill you say my concern is i did not get the call from your end.
Its was very painfull experience for me, already more then 30 day's over still not received the right item, paid whole money via paisa pay.
Please refund my money.
