Purchased the product on 12th November, product stopped working exactly on 60th day.No eBay warranty. 6 months seller's warranty which is no good.
The item stopped functioning within few days of usage. Tried contacting the seller, who told me to ship the item back. I was given 6 months sellers warranty. But after sending the item back for almost a month, the seller does not respond to my calls or emails.
Please look into the issue. I would never use eBay again ever and not recommend it to anyone else. I have been harassed mentally for over two months due to this.
If eBay wont protect its customers interests, who else would.
